Aged up to 2 months in wooden casks. Powerful tequila, vanilla tone, smoky exit. Burke’s Tequila is produced for IL GUSTO by Hacienda la Revancha in Guadalajara in the Jalisco region Mexico. Just as the Aztecs, the sugary juice is extracted from the core ("piña") of the blue maguey-agave. This juice is fermented and distilled twice.
Alcohol content: 40 % Vol.
